At a recent tasting, chef Howard
Dubrovsky said he will carry the retail line
(coming soon) at his new gourmet boutique
due to open in the spring on Queen Street
West.
On tasting the Cabernet Franc ice
cream,
Dubrovsky noted: “It has glutamate,
a sense of
umami. You could serve this with
a cheese.” Yep, definitely not for kids.
